# Hydra Agency

> Hydra Agency (Lyon, France) builds web applications and websites with AI, on the MMOFramework: a PHP framework written to be read by an AI agent. Every release is tested by machines, then signed off by a human before it goes live, so the code stays maintainable by people. ## The method

1. Listening: a workshop, a written brief, tickets
2. Building: AI agents read the framework's AGENTS.md and skills, query the app's MCP server, generate code and tests
3. Checking: `php tools/mmo.php verify` — lint, static analysis (PHPStan), tests (PHPUnit). Nothing failing is proposed
4. Sign-off: each release produces an acceptance checklist from its tickets and changed files; a human checks it
5. Going live: immutable release, atomic switch, health check, one-second rollback (mmo.admin)

## The MMOFramework

- 15 libraries (data, UI, PDF, OCR, document management, authentication, deployment…), in production since 2012, 1,600+ automated tests
- Open source soon; its site and its documentation are public
- Each library ships an AGENTS.md, Claude Code skills and an llms.txt; every application exposes its own MCP server in development
